A big bodied first baseman with current strength and muscular build at 6-foot-3, 210 pounds. Moves well for a player with his size, ran a 4.56 home to first with a slow start out of box. Looks good fielding the ball at first base, stays low to the ground, quick feet, good lateral movement, strong arm across the infield with clean actions and some whip, velocity was 83 mph across the diamond. Offensively, left-handed bat, starts in balanced position, hands load back to launch with small stride, generates bat speed through the zone, when everything is on time, it's a different sound off the bat. Chance to hit for some serious power as he continues to develop and understand his swing. Also will get off the mound and sit low 80's. Physical specimen who passes the eye test with good foundation of tools, will be one to watch for a breakout campaign this summer.
