6-foot-4, 198-pounder with long limbs and high ceiling. Offensively starts from an upright stance with slight crouch, hands begin even, generates some power and backspin despite having a long swing. Can use his lower half a little more, balanced, ball comes off the bat hard wherever he hits it, has plus power to the pull side, registered an exit velocity of 83 mph. In the field is light on his feet, sits back on the ball, throws from high ¾ slot, minimal use of his lower half. Morris is a threat at the plate, and with a long, lanky frame he’ll be an interesting 2017 follow as he grows into his body.
