2/23/13 Kephart is a 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect who turned in a 4.37 home-to-first time and showcased a 79 mph bat exit velocity at the plate. Kephart has quick hands and some raw power but will have to shorten his swing to barrel the baseball on a more consistent basis. Kephart has a long throwing motion at 77 mph across the infield. With his size and throwing motion, a move to the outfield is likely at the next level.

1/19/13 Kephart is a 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect who showed potential. He ran a 7.21 60-yard dash, threw 73 mph across the infield and displayed a 74 mph bat exit velocity. Kephart had a solid round of batting practice and showed some pop when he stayed on plane with his swing. He showcased a strong lower half and the potential to be a quality high school hitter.
