2/23/13 5-foot-11, 165-pounds with athletic build. Ran a 4.30 home-to-first and threw 84 mph across the infield with good carry to his throws. Horew showed athletic actions, good feet and a quick release in the infield. Offensively he squared everything with a short stroke and quick hands out of a square stance. Horew created strong barrel whip with an 89 mph bat exit velocity. Real impressive on the mound. Sat 84-85 with heavy arm side run out of a low 3/4 arm slot. Commanded a curveball that sat 67-68 with an 11/5 break. Changeup sat 73-74 with arm side run. Horew pounded the strike zone and everything was down.
