Nevin is a 5-foot-9, 150-pound 2B from Council Rocks South HS. He will be attending the Eastern PA Open ID Showcase on January 26.

2/23/13 Nevin showed the ability to play through the baseball and a 76 mph arm across the diamond. He has good feet and turned in a 4.28 home-to-first time. Nevin had a very solid round of batting practice hitting from a slightly open stance. He displayed quick hands, good barrel whip and a bat exit velocity of 83 mph. The 5-foot-9, 150-pound prospect stays inside the baseball and uses all fields equally well.

1/26/13 Nevin was impressive in all facets of the game and easily one of the top position players at the event. He showcased athletic actions and good range in the infield. The 5-foot-9, 150-pound junior showed good carry on throws of 76 mph across the infield. Offensively, Nevin had one of the top rounds of batting practice at the event. He showed good rhythm throughout his swing, staying inside the baseball and hitting the ball to all fields. He squared the baseball consistently and displayed some gap power potential.
