Hileman is a 6-foot-2, 165-pound RHP/OF from Red Land HS. Hileman runs a 7.10 60-yard dash and throws 86mph from the outfield.

2/23/13 Hileman showed his athleticism and the potential to be a two-way player at the next level. The 6-foot-2, 165-pound junior showcased a 4.30 home-to-first time, and a strong 85 mph arm from the outfield. Offensively Hileman hits out of a slightly open stance and generates good barrel whip with a 78 mph bat exit velocity. He showed fluid hands that work through the baseball producing some power potential. Hilemean sat 80-81 with good life to his fastball out of an over the top throwing motion. The junior showed a 69 mph curveball with late, sharp 11/5 break that was possibly the top breaking ball of the event. Hileman also commanded a 73 mph changeup that was thrown at fastball arm speed. Hileman is a strike thrower who has a fluid motion and very repeatable mechanics. His frame suggests that he is not done growing and he should see additional velocity gains in time. He will be an interesting follow as he continues to develop.
