1/13/13 Fisher is the first player from West Virginia to attend a PBR Pennsylvania event. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound prospect showed well offensively with a 75 mph bat exit velocity and the ability to consistently drive the baseball. Fisher showcased a short swing and the ability to stay inside the baseball regularly.
