9/11/16 6-foot, 175-pound right-handed hitter showcased an 81 mph bat exit velocity and the ability to use the opposite field during his round of batting practice. Starts from a square stance and utilizes a short stride to initiate his swing. Quick hands through zone would benefit from incorporating lower half more completely. Ran a 7.15 60-yard dash and displayed 79 mph arm strength from the outfield with an ability to play through the baseball.

8/18/16 6-foot, 175-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance with a high-hands load and initiates his swing with a short stride. A short, flat barrel path and a solid feel for the barrel results in a bat exit velocity of 84 mph. Ferrar ran a 7.21 60-yard dash and displayed accurate 74 mph arm strength from the outfield.

11/16/13 Ferrar is a 5-foot-11, 150-pound two-way prospect that sat 60-62 from a high 3/4 arm slot. He has a tendency to let his head fly that reduces his velocity and command. Ferrar displayed a 62 mph bat exit velocity for a square stance at the plate. The 8th grader also showcased a 62 mph arm across the diamond from 3B.
