9/28/14 Rossi had a big day at the plate going 3-for-5 with two doubles. The 6-foot-3, 180-pound junior showcased good barrel whip and the ability to drive the baseball to all fields. Rossi participated in game action only, but has showcased 7.15 foot speed and a 79 mph arm across the diamond at previous events. His physical size and projection for added growth may dictate a move for Rossi to third base or a corner outfield spot at the next level.
