4/9/14 Bulisky is an uncommitted RHP that sat 79-81 and touched 82 with his FB from a high-3/4 slot. He incorporates a hip coil over the rubber and has a clean delivery. While his FB is relatively straight, he located to his gloveside well. Bulisky's primary secondary pitch is a big, top-to-bottom CB for which he has a solid feel. He also showed a straight CH at 72-73. He should see some velocity gains with additional strength.
8/25/13 Bulisky is a 5-foot-11, 170-pound righty that sat 78-80 out of a high 3/4 arm slot. He showcased an 11/5 breaking 67 mph curveball and a 70 mph changeup as well. Bulisky yielded three hits in his three innings of work while registering three strikeouts.
