6-foot-1, 186-pound athletic body frame. The right-handed hitter uses simple, repeatable swing mechanics. Hits from a balanced stance, using a rhythmic weight shift with his lower half to his back leg to generate power, and takes a short stride to the baseball. Has minimal load with his hands, swinging with a level bat path through the zone. Reached a top exit velocity of 79 mph and ran a 7.58 60-yard dash. In the infield, he fields the ball out front of his body. Shows soft hands and funnels into his body. Transitions into a high ¾ slot with 68 mph arm strength. On the mound his delivery doesn’t require much effort. Lands slightly closed at foot strike, finishing with his momentum carrying in good direction, toward home plate. Has a little wrist wrap in the back of his arm action, using average arm speed, through a high ¾ slot. His fastball was between 69-71 mph, and was able to maintain his velocity from the stretch. His curveball has good depth, with mostly gradual break to it at an 11/5 plane between 57-60 mph. Has a tendency to slow down a little when he throws his changeup between 61-64 mph.
