10/08/17 Working out of stretch exclusively and from sidearm slot Zeis' FB sat 71 with arm side run and sink. CB  at 64-65 had 10-5 shape with limited depth and rolling action. Delivery is balanced and repeatable.

Initiates swing from neutral set up and strides to square. There is a good feel for barrel and an aggressive weight shift and hip turn. A good feel for barrel is present in bp with squaring of multiple balls. Separation is compromised by early hand movement and limited load. There is subtle top half drift and back elbow leak creating bat drag. A bat exit velocity of 77 mph was recorded.

Defensively, showed commitment to getting behind baseball and playing through. Catches ball at it's height. May benefit from raising arm slot on throws from OF.

8/18/16 5-foot-7, 140-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance, utilizing a leg-lift stride to initiate his swing. Registered a 76 mph bat exit velocity and ran a 7.59 60-yard dash. Displayed the ability to play through the baseball defensively with accurate 76 mph arm strength from his primary outfield position. Righty sat 71-74 from a 3/4 arm slot on the mound with some hip-coil to his delivery. Also showcased a 62-64 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation.
