5-foot-9, 190-pound left-handed hitting catcher. Jacob turned in another solid workout in front of us. The foot speed was solid, 7.35 sixty on the laser at the event. The defensive skills are trending up, throwing 80 mph down to second base with a pop time of 1.89 pop time. The receiving is solid, he is soft and handles the baseball with ease. The bat has plus strength and life to it, exit velocity of 97 mph. The setup is wide in base and the front foot gains minimal ground through the swing. The hands work free and clean to the ball, slightly uphill with authority through the baseball. Good looking hitter.

5-foot-8, 190-pound, strong, solid durable athletic frame. A left-handed hitting catcher. Defensively, had a pop time of 2.05-2.14, arm was clocked at 77 mph, average carry and flight down to second base. In game threw out three runners, showed a balance approach to receiving, hands are soft gets around the baseball. Anticipates the dirt ball, quick to get on his feet. Pitchers looked to be comfortable throwing to him, showed solid leadership skills, was a vocal leader. At the plate, wider setup, slightly open, loose relaxed hands. The swing is level to up, understands how to hit opposite, approach is from field to field. The bat shows to have some strength and speed, had a tee exit velocity of 90 mph. Put together good at bats in game play. Look for him to be off the board fairly quick, solid catch and throw guy. 

5-foot-8. 160-pound left-handed hitting catcher. Had a legit day at the event. Ran a 7.48 sixty on the laser at the event. The receiving is solid, soft through securing the catch. The transfer is simple and the arm works clean. Pop time of 1.95 and threw 78 mph down to second base. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 89 mph. The setup is even in base, small step to the ball as the swing is produced. The hands work quick and free, buggy whip in the barrel. Sprayed the ball all over the yard.

5-foot-8, 190-pound, smaller, strong, wider athletic frame. The hands and wrists have strength and quickness to them. A left-handed hitting catcher, advanced on both sides of the field, one of the better catchers around, will be attending the future games this year. At the plate, is balanced, uses a whole field approach. The stance is even at the shoulders, lower relaxed loose hands. Lower half is under control, small pick, hands are back in a loaded position. The swing is down to level to up, stays through it, finishes high with two hands above the shoulders. The swing is more line drive to the gaps, creates backspin to the baseball. The barrel stays in the zone, had a tee exit velocity of 90 mph and runs well at 4.4 from home to first. Defensively, the arm was clocked at 78 mph, with a pop time of 1.94-2.06. The transfer is quick feet and hands work together, is quick from glove to throwing hand. All throws were on or close to bag. The hands are soft and strong on the catch behind the plate, gets behind the baseball, shows to have above average blocking skills. Looks to really like his craft behind the plate. Worked out at third base arm was 75 mph, with average actions and flow. Could bring value as well at first base.  Big time follow for me.

5-foot-6, 145-pound, smaller, athletic frame, twitchyness actions to him.A right-handed hitting middle infielder, top tool are the legs, can really run, clocked at 4.27 from home to first. At the plate, balanced in the box, slightly open, taller stance, hands are loose at the shoulders. The swing is level through the zone, hands stay inside the baseball, approach is more line drives to all fields. Showed consistent hard contact, had a tee exit velocity of 88 mph. Top of the order type guy, should be able to handle and control the bat, provides the short games as well. Defensively, good feet around the bag at second can play both spots projects out more at second base. The arm was clocked at 76 mph, longer arm swing working out of a high ¾ slot. The hands are soft on the catch, works low and out front. Big follow for me, grinder and a gamer.

5-foot-8, 180-pound left-handed hitting catcher. Excellent looking 2021 catching prospect. Threw 74 mph down to second base during the catching session of the workout. The pop time is 2.02 and simple. Ran a 4.75 on his dig to first base at the workout. The receiving is soft and he does a nice job a securing the catch. The feet can improve during the transfer as he matures. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 82 mph. The setup is wide in base, front foot slightly open to start. The path is flat and simple to the ball, uses a toe tap for timing on the bottom half. The hands work freely and clean to contact.

5-foot-8, 170-pound, thick, durable strong catchers athletic frame. The hands and wrists have above average strength to them. A left-handed hitting catcher, the top tool is his bat. At the plate, the stance is balanced throughout, feet are slightly wider than shoulder width, front foot is slightly open. The hands are super loose, start at the shoulders, bat has some tilt to it. For timing uses more of a knee to knee, stride is under control, gains ground, transfers the weight from the backside to the front. The swing is fluid and works with ease, path is level to up, with high one-handed finish. The approach is from gap to gap, drives the baseball with authority, shows to have above average power for his age. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 85 mph. Defensively, setup is very relaxed and athletic behind the plate, hands are soft on the catch, gets low and around the baseball. The feet are quick in the transfer, right foot gains ground, closes down the front side. The arm shows to have good strength for his age, clocked at 72 mph, works out of a high ¾ slot. Throws were on the bag, had a pop time of 2.06. At third base, arm was clocked at 73 mph, hands are soft, works from the ground up. The double play starts to the glove side were smooth. Projects for me as a catcher, look for big things from this one.

5-foot-8, 170 -pound left-handed hitting catcher. Swung the bat very well at the event. Offensively, tee exit velocity of 85 mph. Sets up with his feet even and the bottom half of the swing is under control, stays in position to hit. The barrel works well to and through the ball. Hammered the ball during batting practice. Ran a 4.78 down the line on his dig. Defensively, threw 70 mph down to second base. Pop time of 2.2 as the transfer and footwork need to continue to improve as he matures. The receiving needs to be softened up and worked on. Getting on a pitching machine and softening the catch is a must. Solid player with the bat.

5-foot-6, 165-pound, average athletic frame. The neck is long, shoulders are rounded off, has room to fill out and get stronger. A left-handed hitter, the swing is extremely advanced from the left side. The hands are loose, set at shoulder height, bat starts in a good starting position, it's flat. The feet are even, slightly wider than shoulder width. The lower half is under control, stride is soft and straight. The swing path is level to up, smooth, hands work freely through the zone. The barrel stays in the zone for a long time, has whip and life to it out front. The approach was gap to gap, line drives to all fields. The power is above average for his age, had a tee exit velocity of 79 mph. Defensively, has a balanced setup, hands are soft, could be a bit stronger when receiving the pitch. The feet and transfer work well together, had pop time of 2.03-2.25, arm was clocked at 69 mph from the chute. The arm works out of a higher slot, needs to get out over frontside, will help with flight of baseball, will get more downhill plane. Good looking young left-handed hitter, big time potentially to really swing the bat.
