Bennett has an athletic delivery with strong leg drive as he gets down the mound, working from a high-¾ slot with a quick, whip-like arm stroke. His fastball was 83-85 mph and comes out of his hand easy. He has a plus changeup at 73-75 mph and a 69-71 mph curveball. Bennett has a ton of upside because of his athleticism, running a 7.1 60-yard dash, and more velocity in his arm, throwing 87-89 mph from the outfield and 86 mph across the infield.
