Athletic 6-foot, 165-pound high-waisted frame.  Ran a 7.02 laser-timed 60. Posted one of the top velocities from the outfield, 92 mph with carry and accuracy to the dish. Reece closes distance aggressively and works through the baseball with controlled aggression and fluidity. Hits from a tall posture in his stance, has a small load, takes a low leg kick into a long stride with balance, stays behind his front foot, and has quick hands with loose barrel whip and he showed barrel awareness in BP by finding consistent barrels to the gaps.  Reee is a quick-twitch athlete with a high ceiling, as he continues to develop into his frame.

Reece has added strength this fall and has a lot of upside with his projectable, long-limbed, high-waisted frame at 6-feet, 165-pounds. The right-handed hitter starts from a tall, relaxed stance. Gets ready to hit with a smooth load and early rhythm, uses a leg kick as he strides forward and his hands trigger back. Good sense of timing with barrel awareness and a line drive approach during batting practice. Exit velocity off the tee is 85 mph, but there is more to come as he flashes power to the pull side. In the outfield, Reece has smooth footwork, plays through the ball with fluid actions and soft hands. Has an accurate arm, and his arm strength has improved (87 mph).

Smooth load with early rhythm, leg kick load as he strides forward and his hands trigger back. Transfers his weight through contact, line drive approach during batting practice, flashes power to the pull side with an exit velocity of 85 mph. Moves with fluid footwork and long strides on the infield. Does a nice job of playing low and presenting soft hands out front as he fields the ball. Accurate arm at 80 mph across the diamond.

Reece has a projectable, long-limbed, high-waisted frame at 6-feet, 165-pounds. The right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with a long arm stroke. He shows good feel for the strike zone with both his fastball and slider. His fastball ranged from 77-79 mph with heavy action to his arm side as he turns the ball over. His slider has a short, sharp downward 11-5 break at 66-68 mph. The right-handed hitter has a tall setup and gets started with as smooth load and easy leg-kick, landing with his hands back and ready to hit. Although his exit velocity was only 84 mph, Reece transfers his weight through contact with good balance and showed strength at contact and power to the pull side during batting practice. Positionally, Reece threw 85 mph from the outfield with rhythm and athleticism coming through the ball. On the infield, Reece showed athleticism and the ability to play the left side of the field. With his projectable, strong frame and ability to play multiple positions, look for big things from Reece this summer.

6-foot, 160-pound, long limbed, projectable frame. The right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with loose arm action. Shows some rhythm with an in-line delivery, level shoulders, lands square. Reece was able to locate his fastball on both sides of the plate from 79-80 mph (85 mph from the outfield). His curveball had 10-4 shape, ranging from 64-67 mph. He shows feel for a changeup at 73-74 mph.

Offensively, the right-handed hitter starts from a tall, slightly open set-up. He rocks back to load with rhythm, cocking the barrel back and upward, then makes an aggressive move after foot-strike to engage his lower half. Flashes a short, flat path with strength in the barrel as he transfers his weight. Registered an exit velocity of 82 mph. At shortstop, Reece shows quick footwork and the ability to play low with soft hands, good glove action and a clean exchange. Gathers with rhythm and quick feet create momentum into his throwing motion. Shows the ability to play through the ball and throws with accuracy and carry at 80 mph. In the outfield, Reece has good rhythm through the with clean exchanges and carry on his throws with accuracy at 85 mph. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash.
