6.24.15 Meyers has an athletic frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a choppy tall and fall delivery. His arm action is long and he generates velocity with normal effort. His shoulders are on line and slightly uphill as he strides out to a slightly closed landing before falling off a bit as he finishes. Meyers’ fastball has slight sinking action to it and ran 69-71. He threw a 12/6 curveball with decent armspeed that ran 58-62. He slowed his arm a bit on his changeup, and it ran 65-66 with sink and a bit of cut to it. Offensively, hit from a crouched stance that was stacked on his backside.  No load back with an abbreviated leg kick stride that stayed on line.  Does not get back to center.  Average balance throughout swing.  Swing path works uphill.  Bat exit velocity of 75 mph.  Rhythm was robotic.  In the field, threw from a stiff, high ¾ arm slot.  Throws had some accuracy.  Positional velocity of 70 mph.  Average hands.  Footwork was heavy and on heels at times.  Quick, clean exchanges.
