His shoulders are closed and uphill as he strides out to a square landing before falling off a bit as he finishes. Billy’s fastball was 86-87 from the windup, touching 88, and had heavy arm side run. He threw a fading changeup with decent armspeed that ran 71-75. His slider had big 10/4 break and ran 77-79, he took it 12/6 once at 75. Billy showed good feel for how to pitch and good command.

He has a quick armstroke and generates velocity with pretty normal effort. His shoulders are uphill and closed and he lands a bit closed before falling off bit as he finishes. Billy’s fastball sat 80-82, touching 83, with heavy sink. He pounded the zone with the pitch. He went to a slightly higher arm slot to throw a sharp, late-breaking 11/5 curveball that ran 73-77. Billy’s changeup was down and was thrown with decent armspeed and fading action, running 65-67.

Billy’s fastball has hard run to it and sat 82-84, his command improved as his outing progressed. His slider has sharp 11/5 downer action to it and is thrown with decent armspeed that came in 70-72 and was down. His change-up had heavy sink and was kept down. It was thrown with decent armspeed, running 69-70.
