Heltibridle

7/31/14:  6-foot-0, 190 pound, 3B hit from a slightly open stance with high hands.  He had minimal movement in his set up but generated plus bat speed (90 mph exit velocity).  Heltibridle took a short stride and was also short to the baseball.  When he stayed on the baseball, he showed plus power to all fields.  In the field, Heltibridle showed average actions with the glove and feet, while showing above average arm strength from the position (82 mph).  His path to the ball was too direct, never rounding the ball,  which did not allow his hands to work freely.

11/8/14:  Heltibridle is a 6-foot, 190-pound, First baseman that from a tall/balanced stance.  Long load back with body and hands, explosive lower half, good extension.  Really drove the back hip through the ball.  Stays behind the ball well.  Line drive stroke with raw power.  Has an exit velocity of 90 mph off of the tee. In the field, Heltibridle had slightly above average hands.  Moved to the ball well, had average range, and showed awareness around the bag. Hands were soft and used feet to create angles.  Had a positional velocity of 79 mph.
