7/7/16 - Wichita State commit. 6-foot-3, 2130-pound right-handed pitcher with a durable build. Works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long, loose arm action. Tall and fall online delivery with a high front side. Pounds the bottom of the zone with his three pitch mix. Fastball sat 87-89 mph in the first inning settled in at 86-87 mph throughout his five innings of work. Curveball has 11-5 shape with depth at 74-75 mph for strikes. Flashed a changeup at 81 mph. 2017 draft follow.

5/2/16 - Wichita State commit. Currently ranked No. 4 in the Wisconsin Class of 2017. 6-foot-3, 230-pound right-handed pitcher with a sturdy frame. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Extremely quick arm. Arm does most of the work. Tall and fall delivery with a short stride and easy effort. Came out working 88-90 mph with his fastball early on. Settled into the 86-88 mph range through the rest of the outing. Threw fastball for strikes, mostly up in the zone. Curveball is a plus offering at 71-75 mph with 12-6 shape and depth. Showed ability to throw it for strikes and bury it for swings and misses.

2/28/16 - Wichita State commit. Large frame, 6-foot-3, 230-pound right-handed pitcher. One of the top arms in the 2017 class. Balanced delivery, showed an ability to repeat, stays on line, closed landing, high front side. Quick arm, advanced arm speed, high ¾ slot, full uninterrupted arm action. Fastball is hard with finish and showed good tilt when down in the zone, sat 89-90 mph, touching 91 mph, occasionally missed up to arm side. Hard, aggressive curveball, flashed 12/6 action, sharp breaking ball thrown with conviction and fastball arm speed, 72-75 mph. Changeup showed good arm side run, ranged 73-78 mph, showed some feel around the zone. Should be a 2017 draft follow this summer.
11/14/15 - Verbally commits to Wichita State.
7/31/15 - Lindemann was one of the more high profile arms in Wisconsin heading into the Future Games and he did not disappoint. At 6-foot-3, 195-pounds he has a typical athletic pitchers frame with room to go. Lindemann’s delivery is all arm, which is scary to think once he gets his lower half going. It’s an upright delivery with a short stride for his size. His high front side creates some deception to his release point but it’s his natural arm speed that is attractive to recruiters. Lindemann was one of nine prospects at the Future Games to reach the 90 mph mark with his fastball, a rare feat for a prospect his age. He sat 86-88 mph in his first outing on Day 2 and then backed it up by touching 90 mph multiple times in his second outing on Day 3. He is most likely suited best for a slider but he showed a 74-75 mph curveball with obvious conviction and also flashed a knuckle ball.
7/12/15 - 6-foot-3, 195-pound, right-handed pitcher with a large frame. Currently ranked No. 4 in the Wisconsin Class of 2017. No. 72 in PBR Overall. Lindemann stands out for his natural arm speed. Works at an easy 85-86 mph with his fastball. Reaches back for 88-89 mph with more core and hip involvement. Works from a high ¾ arm with a long arm action. Pitches downhill. Tall and fall online delivery with a short stride and square landing. Deceptive changeup at 78-80 mph while maintaining fastball arm speed. Curveball showed occasional 12-6 shape with late sharp action at 74-75 mph. Will represent Wisconsin at the PBR Futures Games at the end of the month.

2/8/15 - 6-foot-2, 195-pound, right-handed hitting OF/RHP. Lanky, athletic build. In the field has a short, loose arm action from a high ¾ arm slot. Accurate throws with carry. Ok footwork, clean exchange with average hands, tall release. Threw 86 mph from the outfield. At the plate hits from a tall, balanced setup. Short leg lift load, linear lower half, with good balance. Athletic loose hands, fast bat, pull hitter. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.35. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle, with a short arm circle in back, quick, loose arm. Regular effort, tall and fall delivery, short stride to the plate. Balanced, online delivery, upright finish. Fastball with occasional run that sat 84-85 topping out at 86 mph. Short, late breaking curveball with 12-6 shape sat 72-75 mph. Commanded changeup with sink action that sat 77-79 mph.
7/14/14 - Long projectable build, 6-foot-3, 185-pound two-way player. Projects better on the mound, delivery is simple, tall and fall approach, works on line, little lower half involvement. Arm action is short and loose, quick arm, works downhill. Fastball has run, downhill plane, well above average action through the zone, pitched at 82-85 mph, showed feel of the zone. Curveball lacked shape, had back up tendencies, flashed a hard biter on a steeper plane, 68-72 mph. Offensively hits from the right side, balanced stance, short leg lift stride, stride opens, solid balance. Bat path is short, gets some extension, stays on top creates some back spin. 82 mph exit velocity from the tee. 4.72 runner down the line. At first base, showed a strong arm across the diamond, 81 mph, short arm action and accurate.

2/9/14 - 6-foot-3, 195-pound two way player, slender build on a long limbed frame, high projection. Projects better on the mound, tall and fall delivery works online with rhythm and balance, athletic finish. Arm action is quick and projects well, loose/live arm action, high ¾ slot. Fastball flashed hard arm side run with good finish through the zone, showed well above average control for his age, sat 80-81 mph touching 82 mph. Straight changeup has some feel, decelerated arm action, 68-69 mph, lacks conviction. Curveball is 65-68 mph, lacks action, side spin. Secondary pitches are underdeveloped but should improve with standard progression. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, short stride, 83 mph exit velocity. Defensively showed a strong arm across the diamond, 83 mph across, shows some softness in his hands. Lindemann’s arm action projects well on the mound and has the potential to be a high level prospect.
