4/26/16 - Saint Louis commit. Currently ranked No. 17 in the Wisconsin Class of 2017. 6-foot-4, 195-pound right-handed pitcher. Came out working 86-87 mph in the first inning on a cold day. Dropped down to 80-83 topping out at 85 mph in the sixth. Throws both a slider and a curveball. Slider is a better offering, thrown with fastball arm speed. Tight rotation and short breaking action at 73-74 mph. Curveball has loose rotation at 66-69 mph.

8/10/15 - Verbally committed to Saint Louis University.
7/12/15 - 6-foot-4, 195-pound, right-handed pitcher with a projectable frame. Currently ranked No. 16 in the Wisconsin Class of 2016. No. 372 in PBR Overall Ranks. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a quick arm action. Tall and fall delivery, falls off to first base side. Showed explosiveness in his delivery. Fastball sat 85-86 topping out at 88 mph. Maintained velocity thru outing. Curveball showed 11-5 shape at 71-74 mph with late action. Changeup sat 69-70 mph with downer action, while maintaining fastball arm speed. Currently uncommitted.

6/18/15 - 6-foot-4, 195-pound right-handed pitcher. Tall and fall delivery, repeats, slightly across his body, shoulders have slight uphill tilt. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot. Fastball has sink, 84-85 mph, shows feel. Slider sat 75-76 mph, lateral action. Slightly slower tempo on straight changeup, 63-65 mph.

6/8/15 - 6-foot-4, 195-pound, right-handed pitcher with a lanky, projectable frame. Currently ranked No. 16 in the Wisconsin Class of 2016. Works from a high ¾ arm angle with a quick arm. Fastball sat 85-87 mph with hard cutting action. Had trouble commanding the cut action on his fastball. Currently uncommitted.

3/15/15- Lean athletic frame, 6-foot-4, 195-pounds, projectable frame. Delivery repeats with good balance and shows ability to throw a high volume of strikes. High ¾ arm action, quick loose arm. Fastball shows command, 82-84 mph, works the bottom of the zone. Curveball sat 60-63 mph, good action with feel for the zone. Slider has separation from curveball, 71-74 mph, sharp lateral action, looked to have more swing and miss qualities. Changeup sat 65-66 mph, slight sinking action with good feel. Showed the ability to control four pitches at varying speeds working both sides of the plate.
3/16/14 - 6-foot-3, 185-pound right handed pitcher, frame has length, lean build, has projectability. Arm action is slightly longer, high ¾ slot, regular effort. Fastball is mostly straight showing control of the zone, occasional sink, velocity sat 82-83 mph. Curveball has 12/6 shape, 69-71 mph, showed feel for the pitch, has swing and miss tendencies. Changeup has fade, near fastball arm action, 64-65 mph. Kutzler has well above average projectability on the mound and looks to be one of the top right handers in the Class of 2016.

7/23/13 - Kutzler is a highly projectable 6-foot-2, 170-pound right handed pitcher, good bloodlines, father pitched professionally. Delivery shows rhythm and athleticism, slight coil at top of balance point, shoulders stay closed. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, regular effort. Fastball worked with sink, showed lively action, controlled the baseball at 80-82 mph topping out at 83 mph. Curveball showed average action with feel, will develop more bite when thrown harder, 64-68 mph, showed solid control. Flashed a change up at 70 mph. Kutzler is an interesting follow with a solid projectable frame and a fastball already in the low 80’s this 2016 graduate looks to be one of the top arms in Wisconsin’s 2016 class.
1/20/13 - Lanky projectable pitchers frame, 6-foot-2, 170-pound right handed pitcher. Delivery shows rhythm, tall and fall approach, lower half lacks explosiveness, long arm action, arm works well. Fastball sits 79-80 mph touches 81, shows slight run, has control. Curveball work on 11/5 plane, sits 65-69 mph. Changeup is best secondary, shows sinking action, thrown with arm speed, keeps down, 66-69 mph.
