Below, you'll find the all-time leaders across various statistical categories from the 23 editions of the Super 60 Pro Showcase, from 2003 through 2025. The 23rd edition of the Super 60 was held Feb. 2, 2025, at The MAX in McCook, Ill., just outside of Chicago.
OVER THE YEARS
For context, the technologies used to capture the data below have evolved over the two-plus decades that the Super 60 has spanned. For the first 15 years or so, the technology was limited to the kind found in a traditional baseball scout's bag: a Stalker radar gun and a stopwatch. Eventually, the 60-yard dash was captured with more accurate methods, and the rest of the controlled showcase environment has been upgraded as well.
Things have changed much more drastically over the last five years, however, as the sport's evolved technologically alongside it.
In 2020, the Super 60 began to capture ball flight and in-depth pitch metrics after striking a partnership with TrackMan. At the start of that same year, 2020, Prep Baseball also began to use Blast Motion sensors to capture swing metrics at its showcases, including the Super 60, and that remains true to this day. We've outlined which of the leaderboards below contain data collected from these past five years of Super 60 events.
The year 2020 also marked the start of Prep Baseball's partnership with Vizual Edge. The technology takes six visual skills into account, providing athletes, parents, coaches and scouts with a benchmark number for assessing an athlete's overall visual ability, something that's crucial for a hitter's pitch recognition skill – and it's also something that can be practiced and enhanced with Vizual Edge's guided training.
In 2024, Prep Baseball partnered with VALD Performance to gain greater insight into the athleticism of the athletes in attendance of, not just the Super 60, but all of its showcases. The technology allowed us to capture max run speed as well as 30- and 10-yard splits along the 60-yard dash test, and we've introduced two jump tests for athletes, which have been increasingly used as a signifier of untapped potential in a player's abilities as he begins his collegiate or professional journey in the sport.
Now, here are the all-time Super 60 stat leaderboards.
