Listed at 5-foot-10, 175 pounds, Braun showed off a powerful right-handed swing using a lot of his barrel with an aggressive lower half. He drove the ball hard to his pull side throughout his BP round drastically improving his exit velocity from the last time we saw him as he topped out at 85 mph. Behind the plate he was statistically one of the best catchers at the event with a POP time of 1.94 and a catcher velocity of 75 mph. Behind the plate he had a very quick arm and good footwork that allowed him to get rid of the ball quickly. Overall, Braun is a good follow as he is a solid defender and shows high potential at the plate.
