6'0, 180-pound, RHH shows pull power w/ present strength.  Physical, stocky build w/ projection.  Hits with a slightly open, upright stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Shift of weight, toe tap to slightly open, little hand load.  Pull approach w/ some loft.  Developing pull-side power.  Defensively, shows solid release w/ ok feet, developing arm strength.  As a receiver, can present an earlier target.  Keeps glove low w/ soft hands.  Has a feel for framing w/ glove manipulation.

Cal Burgett, LHP/OF, Mount Juliet, 2018

5'11, 150-pound, RHH shows developing athleticism w/ projectable body.  Athletic w/ some lower half strength, projection.  Hits from a wide, slightly open stance w/ back shoulder hand location w/ hand and lower half rhythm.  Leg kick w/ hand load where hands drop, occasionally return to proper position.  Generates bat speed through the zone w/ ability to back-spin balls.  Will get rotational at times in both upper and lower body.  Learning to repeat swing.  At first base, shows a reliable glove w/ ok hands and feet.

5'9, 155-pound, LHH shows some barrel feel w/ middle infield profile.  Short, athletic build w/ lean strength.  Hits from an open, crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Stride to slightly open w/ deep hand load, slight hitch in back.  Rhythm hitter.  Barrel stays in zone for long time.  Defensively, shows a reliable glove w/ some arm strength.

Eli Delk, RHP/3B, Riverdale, 2021

5'8, 140-pound, RHH shows an intriguing skill-set for a young player.  Short, athletic frame w/ lean strength, projectable.  Hits from a slightly open, upright stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Stride w/ no hand load.  Repeatable swing designed to go gap to gap w/ line drives.  Defensively shows good hands w/ the ability to play through the ball, make throws from different arm slots.  Intriguing player to watch as he matures.

Jared Dickey, OF, Friendship Christian, 2020

Beaux Escobar, C, Independence, 2018

5'11, 195-pound, SHH shows power from both sides of the plate.  Close to mature build in medium frame w/ physical, powerful build.  From the left side, hits w/ an open, slightly crouched stance and back shoulder hand location.  Leg kick w/ long but proper load.  Pull oriented approach w/ natural loft.  Similar swing from the right-side w/ shorter leg kick, less hand load.  Power first catcher w/ pull power to both fields.  Defensively, presents a big target w/ quality glove target.  Shows avg release w/ carry to target.

Luke Giles, 2B/3B, Franklin, 2019
60 Time: 7.22, Position Velocity:  IF - 73
6'0, 175-pound, RHH shows repeatable swing w/ projectable power.  Athletic build w/ proportional strength and projection.  Hits w/ a straight on, upright stance w/ back shoulder hand location, short bat waggle.  Stride and proper load.  Short swing to the ball, gets a little rotational at times.  Can incorporate legs more.  Gap to gap offensive approach w/ lot of line drives.  Defensively, shows reliable glove w/ solid feet, 2B arm strength.

Tommy Grimes, RHP/OF, Sycamore, 2021

5'11, 160-pound, RHH shows repeatable swing w/ some arm strength.  Short, athletic build w/ proportional, projectable strength.  Offensively, hits from a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Crouch, shift of weight, stride and load.  Gap to gap type hitter w/ lot of lines drives.  Can get uphill.  In the OF, moves well w/ carry to target from short ¾ release. 

Ethan Harden, LHP/OF, Franklin, 2021

5'9, 150-pound, RHH shows young, developing skill-set.  Short, lean w/ developing body, lanky.  Hits from a slightly open, wide, upright stance w/ hands in front of body at chest level w/ some bat waggle.  Shift of weight, proper load and knee to knee toe tap to slightly open.  Pull oriented approach.  Still learning to repeat swing.  Moves well in the OF w/ carry to target, some gather in his throw. 

Arren Hash, RHP/SS, Campbellsville, 2021

6'0, 150-pound, RHH shows intriguing middle infield tools w/ some offensive potential.  Medium, athletic frame w/ proportional strength, projection.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Short leg kick w/ varying lengths, landing spots w/ short hand load.  Lot of line drives, will improve as he learns to control his leg kick and keeping hips in longer.  Shows projectable power.  Defensively, shows soft hands w/ athletic actions and arm strength w/ carry through target.  Tools to stay in the middle of the infield.

Jackson Jarvis, 1B/RHP, Franklin, 2019

6'2, 220-pound, LHH shows big power to all fields in big, physical frame.  Bulldog, close to mature frame w/ proportional present strength.  Offensively, hits w/ an open, slightly crouched stance w/ low back shoulder hand position, some bat waggle.  Mini leg kick to slightly open w/ deep hand load.  Generates bat speed through the zone w/ natural loft.  Pull oriented approach w/ significant power ceiling.  Defensively, moves well for size at 1B w/ above avg arm strength for position, reliable glove.

5'11, 160-pound, LHH is an intriguing young player w/ lot of development coming.   Thin, lanky build w/ lots of physical projection.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location, bat waggle.  Knee to knee leg kick w/ deep load.  Front foot hitter lunges at ball.  Struggles to repeat same action twice in swing, learning body and long levers.  Defensively, moves well at 1B w/ reliable glove, carry through target.

5'10, 150-pound, RHH shows some interesting tools for a young athlete.  Medium, athletic frame w/ lean strength, lots of projection.  Hits from a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Knee to knee leg kick w/ short, low hand load.  Barrel stays in zone for long time w/ natural loft.  Projectable power as body fills out.  Gap to gap type hitter.  In the OF, features a short arm swing w/ developing arm strength.

6'0, 145-pound, RHH shows projectably body w/ CF profile.  Tall, lean, lanky profile w/ lot of projection remaining.  Hits from a slightly open, narrow stance w/ back shoulder bat hand location.  Little bat waggle.  Shift of weight, leg kick and short hand load.  Gap to gap type hitter w/ lot of line drives.  Can get too narrow of a base at times.  Defensively, is a true CF w/ running speed, arm strength w/ carry through target. 

Mitchell Petzelt, C/2B, Battle Ground Academy, 2020

5'6, 140-pound, RHH shows some interesting tools w/ likely growth spurt coming.  Short, athletic build w/ some lower half strength, physical projection.  Hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location w/ bat waggle.  Leg kick w/ low hand load.  Hips leak.  Lot of moving parts, shows some gap power when everything is on time and in sync.  Learning to repeat swing.  Defensively, shows soft hands w/ quick release behind the plate.  Can present his target earlier w/ a bit of an active glove.  Still learning how to frame and manipulate the glove to stick pitches.  In the infield, plays through the ball well w/ a glove tap before throw.  Athletic w/ good feet, profiles better behind the plate.

Ryan Ragsdale, OF, Father Ryan, 2018

5'10, 175-pound, LHH shows some pull power in a repeatable swing.  Short, athletic w/ present lower half strength, some projection remaining.  Hits from a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Stride w/ deep hand load.  Near arm bar.  Pull oriented w/ developing pull power.  Natural loft.  When on time, swing shows ability to drive ball and hit for average.  Defensively, profiles in a corner OF spot w/ carry to target.

Austin Rayno, 2B/SS, Logan County, 2018

6'0, 175-pound, RHH shows middle infield actions w/ carry through target.  Medium, athletic frame w/ proportional, projectable build.  Offensively, hits from a slightly open, upright stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Bat waggle.  Shift of weight into a crouch, mini leg kick and proper load.  Generates bat speed through zone in repeatable swing.  Lot of line drives.  Defensively, shows reliable hands and feet w/ arm strength to stay on left side of infield. 

Britten Robinson, SS/2B, Madison Southern, 2020

5'7, 145-pound, RHH shows some pull power w/ easy arm strength.  Short, athletic frame w/ projection.  Hits from a slightly open, upright stance w/ back shoulder hand location, bat waggle.  Stride and proper load.  Generates bat speed through the zone w/ pull power.  Easy to repeat swing.  Projects to hit for average and power.  Defensively, moves well w/ arm strength.  Reliable hands and feet.

Daniel Sherman, C/3B, Franklin, 2021
60 Time: 7.93, Pop Time: 2.22-2.28, Position Velocity:  IF - 69, C - 68
5'10, 160-pound, RHH shows some projectable tools as the body fills out.  Medium, athletic frame w/ some present lower half strength, projectable.  Hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Knee to knee leg kick w/ proper load.  Overstrides at times.  Lot of line drives w/ an all fields approach.  Keeps head still, suggesting high contact rate is coming.  Developing defensively behind the plate.  Flashes good feet behind the plate, still learning to repeat.  Arm strength w/ carry to target.  As a receiver, sets a quality low target, but could present it to his pitcher earlier.  Feel for framing, just needs more reps behind the plate.  On the IF, shows usable hands, feet, arm strength.

Tucker Smith, 2B, Franklin, 2019
60 Time: 7.81, Position Velocity:  IF - 74
5'9, 160-pound, RHH shows some pull power in compact frame.  Short, athletic frame w/ some present lower half strength.  Hits from a slightly open, upright stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Bat waggle.  Leg kick w/ little hand load.  Some natural loft in swing provides some pull power.  Defensively, shows good hands and feet w/ ability to play through the ball w/ 2B arm strength.

Jennings Sparks, 2B, Brentwood, 2021

5'5, 130-pound, RHH shows interesting skillset to monitor as body develops.  Short, athletic frame w/ projection.  Hits w/ a slightly open, upright stance w/ bat resting on back shoulder.  Stride and load.  Gets a little long w/ a little tilt in shoulders right now.  Gap to gap type w/ some barrel feel.  Defensively, shows reliable glove w/ 2B arm strength.

Garrett Stacker, 2B/SS, Lipscomb Academy, 2021

5'8, 130-pound, RHH shows some tools, waiting for body to develop.  Short, athletic frame w/ projection.  Hits from a wide, straight up stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Bat waggle.  Shift of weight, stride and load.  Front foot hitter gets too far out at times, limiting repeatability.  Shows some bat speed w/ growth potential as frame develops, gets better control of body.  Defensively, shows solid hands w/ quick release and 2B arm strength.

Kavares Tears, OF, Columbia Academy, 2021

5'10, 205-pound, LHH had a similar look to last weekend, shows elite bat speed and all-around corner OF tools.  Special hitter w/ extension through the zone and back-spin.  Improved his 60 time since last year.  A must-see 2021 going into the HS season.

Jake Templin, RHP/OF, Franklin Road Academy, 2019
60 Time: 7.36, Position Velocity:  OF - 80
5'8, 165-pound, RHH shows arm strength from the OF combined w/ line drive stroke.  Short, compact frame w/ some present strength, projection.  Hits from a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location and some hand rhythm.  Toe turn and low hand load.  Near arm bar, gets hands out in front of body.  Lets the ball travel, more of an inside-out swing w/ occasional pull power.  In the OF, shows arm strength w/ long release.  Moves well w/ carry to target.

Cade Thornton, OF, Greenwood, 2021

5'10, 160-pound, LHH shows projectable power in repeatable swing.  Medium, athletic frame w/ some present lower half strength, projectable.  Hits w/ a slightly open, upright stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Big leg kick w/ short hand load. Shows some barrel feel w/ pull power.  As frame grows, projects to hit w/ authority.  Defensively, shows raw running speed w/ athletic movements in the OF w/ developing arm strength.

Jackson Walker, OF/RHP, Brentwood, 2018

6'2, 161-pound, RHH shows intriguing skill-set in projectably body.  Tall, athletic build w/ lot of projection.  Long and lanky.  Hits from a straight on, upright stance w/ bat resting on back shoulder.  Leg kick w/ proper load.  Shows pull power w/ natural loft in swing.  Gets good extension w/ 2 hand finish.  Pull approach.  Moves well in OF w/ carry to target.  Keeps throws on-line.  Has the running speed to play CF in college.  An interesting player that needs to be seen in game, just scratching the surface.

Isaac Warta, C, Knights Academy, 2019

5'9, 165-pound, RHH shows bat speed from a compact frame.  Short, compact build w/ some present lower half strength.  Hits from a wide, slightly crouched stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Stride w/ no separation.  Struggled w/ timing, shows potential to hit the ball hard w/ bat-speed to the gaps.  Defensively, shows average release w/ carry to target.  As a receiver, shows a quality initial target, but can maintain that target to help his pitcher.  Shows soft hands w/ an idea of framing.  Moves athletically behind the plate.

Solomon Washington, RHP/SS, Centennial, 2019
60 Time: 7.19, Position Velocity:  IF - 85
5'11, 160-pound, RHH shows intriguing mix of tools w/ chance for 5 offensive tools.  Medium, athletic build w/ some present strength, projection.  Hits w/ a slightly open, straight up stance w/ back shoulder hand location.  Knee to knee w/ proper load.  Generates bat speed through the zone.  Gap to gap type w/ backspin ability.  When swing is synced with lower half, generates power.  Defensively, shows true SS ability w/ arm strength w/ carry through target, good release and soft hands.  High impact uncommitted 2019.

Joseph Waters, SS/3B, Franklin, 2021

6'0, 149-pound, LHH shows intriguing body type w/ projectable gap to gap power.  Athletic, medium frame w/ lots of projection, some present strength.  Lefty hits with a slightly open, upright stance w/ hands in front of his body.  Leg kick w/ proper load.  Natural loft in swing, projects for power as body fills out.  Stays in zone for long time, projects for average and power.  Defensively, shows reliable hands w/ good feet.  An interesting 2021 to watch.

Harper Wilson, OF/RHP, White House Heritage, 2020
