The 2018 MLB Draft has passed so it’s time to look ahead to 2019. Here are some names to keep an eye on as the summer season gets underway.

Blake Adams, RHP, Har-Ber HS, AR
Adams has a physical frame at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds and a fastball that sits 89-93 mph, touching 94-95. His slider has shape and late bite at 80-81. He throws a curveball to left-handed hitters with 11/5 shape at 73-78. The changeup is a distant fourth pitch, but is 83-85 with arm-side run.

Griffin Agee, LHP, Jefferson Forest HS, VA
Agee has a long-limbed frame with room for added strength. On the mound, he’s quick and compact with no wasted movement in his delivery. He pitches with regular effort and a fast arm, running his fastball up to 90 and sitting 86-89. The breaking ball is tight with short 1/7 break at 75.
