+Zack Morris LHP, 2019, 6'3", 212 lbs., L/L -Up to 94 from left side with a clean arm action and a 3 pitch mix that projects, committed to Arkansas and potential high round draft guy.

+Zach Slunder 2B, 2019, 6'2, 175 lbs., R/R - Versatile player with a nice swing in which barrel stays in the zone, 6.8/60 and his measurables are still improving, committed to UAFS

+Kyler Franks INF, 2019, 5'9" 170 lbs., R/R - Can play SS,3B, and 2B, Lateral speed plays better on the infield than what his straight line speed numbers would indicate, Arm has carry across the infield, Gap power in the bat

+Brian Tillery OF, 2019, 6'1, 215 lbs., R/R - corner outfield guy with some pull side power

Top 2020 Prospects:

+Clayton Gray, OF, 2020, 5"11, 168 lbs., L/R, 6.5 60 guy that is a plus defender in CF, 86 mph from OF, short and linear stroke at the plate with plus bat speed that generates some jump off of the bat, plus plus athlete with a high ceiling as an overall player, Arkansas commit

+Houston King, OF, 2020, 5'11, 165 lbs., L/L, 6.6 60 runner, solid defender showing 85 mph from OF,  loose rangy body that projects to have more power, pure hitter with great barrel awareness and strike zone discipline, swing is short, fluid and stays in the zone, plus athlete with a high ceiling as a player, Kentucky commit

+Austin Scritchfield, C, 2020, 5'10, 185 lbs., R/R, catcher with nice actions behind the plate and 1.9-2.0 pop time, also shows good actions playing 3B, has a flat stroke that stays in the zone with some jump off of the bat, exit velo 91 mph, potential division I prospect

+Mason Griffin, RHP, 2020, 5'11, 190 lbs., R/R, Over the top delivery with a 12-6 curveball and a feel for the change up, sitting mid 80's that has touched 89 in the summer

+Logan Bell,1B/OF, 2020, 6'2, 205, L/L, solid defender at first base that is athletic and runs well for a corner guy, left-handed hitter with pop off the bat, great hand eye guy at the plate that puts a lot of balls in play, college prospect

+Jackson Olivi, INF, 2020, 6' 0,185 lbs, R/R, infielder with tools that can play multiple positions, projects as a 3B at next level, arm has carry across the infield, handsy hitter with great hands at the plate, gap power guy with more in the tank with the bat

+Jacob Petross, RHP, 2020, 6'3, 200 lbs., R/R, over the top delivery with a 12-6 type breaking ball that is starting to show bite with added strength, low to mid 80's guy that projects to soon be upper 80's, change-up is an average pitch that just needs more reps for feel, college prospect

+Lukas Petross, RHP, 2020, 6'2, 185 lbs., R/R low 3/4 delivery with arm side run, sinker slider guy, low to mid 80's with a clean arm action, sinker slider guy with potential to be an upper 80's guy, college prospect

+Blayse Quarnstrom, Inf, 2020, 5'9, 180 lbs, L/R,  left-handed hitter with plus bat speed and a short, compact swing, ball jumps off of his bat, can play 2B but projects as a corner guy, college prospect

+Justin Graham, LHP, 2020, 6'0, 175 lbs, R/L, left handed pitcher with 3/4 delivery, low 80's guy with some arm side run and sink, 10-4 breaking ball that is getting tighter, average change up, college prospect

+Patrick Babcock, LHP/Util, 2020, 5'10, 185 lbs., L/L, low to mid 80's guy on the mound with a good breaking ball, also plays 1B and LF, sure handed defender with a nice stroke at the plate, front foot guy with great hands and a flat swing with bat speed, college prospect

Top 2021 and 2022 Prospects:

+Kyler Carmack, OF/P, 2021, 6'0, 165, S/R, good athlete with a loose, rangy body with a lot of upside, low 80's off the mound with sink and arm side run, slider shows depth, plus defender from the OF with mid 80s arm strength, 7.0 runner, switch hitter that's more advanced from the right side

+Jaiden Ryals, C, 2021, 5'11, 165 lbs, R/R, solid defensive catcher, plus receiver and blocker with a quick release, bat is loose and has some pull side pop for age, body projects

+Grant Fitch, OF/Inf/P, 2022, 5'11, 145 lbs, L/R, plus runner and athlete, 6.7 60 as a freshman with a projectable body, loose bat with 84 mph exit velo and fastall has topped at 81 as a freshman with a 3 pitch mix and a feel to pitch, plus defender in the outfield  and athletic enough to play infield as a utility player, division I prospect.

Season Outlook:

After a successful season, Cabot looks to find the #2 behind Zack Morris to pitch them into the state championship game. With a talent filled roster with multiple division 1 players, look for the panthers to be one of the top teams in 6A. Experience at the plate and defensively gives Cabot a great chance for a big time 2019.
