Welcome to the PBR Arizona Power 25 Rankings

The Spring baseball season in Arizona had officially begun with teams having started live games on March 12th. The PBR Arizona staff has also started to begin its 2021 season coverage in addition to its weekly Power 25 rankings.  During the first week, we posted some daily scores & highlights in our HS Roundup. Over the course of the season, PBR will be continue to post some performances throughout the week. We will also begin running a weekly scout blog that will feature prospects that we have seen in our in person coverage.  This is our first update of our Arizona Power 25 rankings and will continue be updated every Monday as the season progresses until the HS season concludes. PBR looks forward to getting out there the rest of the spring to see some great baseball. 

In this addition, the top-4 remain the same with some movement throughout the list. There seemed to have been quite a few 1-1 splits this past week with some teams playing each other multiple times.  Desert Ridge jumps onto the list with four big wins in a row. Higley also joins the list, remaining undefeated up to this point. Salpointe Catholic saw their best opponent to date in Tucson, boosting them into the top-10. In the coming weeks, we should start to see some big matchups including some of the teams with better records facing some tougher opponents. Surly, we should start to see some teams separate themselves and there will be more updates to come.
