Players and coaches have been working in preparation for the upcoming season and, as is the case each year, there are some very talented players and teams across California.

BOTTOM LINE

Looking to rebound after a down 2024 campaign this years squad has a blend of experienced upperclassmen with an influx of talent from the underclassmen. With strong pitching staff that goes deep with quality arms we can make in difficult for teams to score on us. Then on the offensive side the teams speed we boast to go with a strong offensive group there is the potential for a lot of runs to be scored by this squad. - Coach Emert

PREP BASEBALL CA STAFF’S TAKE

Poly did not have their best year in 2024, but with the returners having gained some valuable experience on the varsity level and seeing what it takes to compete at the level is going to benefit them come 2025. As well, the underclassmen coming into the program who will look to add talent/depth to the overall roster are putting them on the right course for an improvement in 2025 if the group can play to their potential across the board. - Steven Hardesty Assistant Scouting Director
