Corona/San Juan Capistrano, California - On MLK weekend Southern California had games all over as top tier committed players showed out while identifying many uncommitted players from the four game coverage on Saturday. To begin the day we had an exciting heavyweight showdown between Corona vs Oaks Christian followed by three other games featuring Eastlake, Agoura, Santiago, Palm Desert, and Yuma Catholic (AZ). Below I’ll dive in on uncommitted and committed players that stood out and showcased their tools and skill set from what was an exciting day of baseball.
Game 1: Oaks Christian at Corona
Division One level talent was all around the field for both teams as well as uncommitted players to know. With Corona at home and both teams having players with top tier draft status, the game was filled with a full house of scouts and fans. With strong pitching performances and homers, this game was filled with talent throughout the seven inning matchup from both teams.
