The 2017 Colorado High School season is underway.  Here is a look at yesterday's action from around the state.

Daily Roundup:

Pueblo West 9 Fruita Monument 8
The Cyclones get the in and were led by Tyler Barth who went 3-4 with 1 RBI and Ian Garcia who was 3-5 with 2 runs and 1 RBI.  Fruita was led by Tyler Boggs who was 1-4 with 2 RBI and Zach Rush who went 2-5 with 1 run scored.

Arapahoe 4 Chaparral 3
The Warriors get the early season victory and were led by Ryan Hendrix who went 2-4 with 1 run scored.

Longmont 9 Greeley Central 3
The Trojans win this early season matchup and were led by Dagin Renck who went 2-4 with 2 runs and Noah Befus who was 2-3 with 2 runs scored.

Rock Canyon 8 Columbine 6
The Jaguars run their mark to 5-0 with the victory and were led by Nick Merone who was 2-4 with 1 run and 2 RBI and Logan O’Neill who went 2-3 with 1 run and 1 RBI.  The Rebels saw a good performance from Frankie Shearn who was 2-4 with 1 run scored.

Green Mountain 9 Mesa Ridge 8
The Rams were led by Thomas Lyall who went 2-3 with 2 runs, 1 RBI and 1 Homerun and Braden Carpenter who was 2-3 with 3 runs, 3RBI and 1 Homerun.

Mountain View 20 Centarrus 5
The Lions had a big day at the plate and were led by Michael Felton who went 2-4 with 2 RBI and Ivan Thomas who was 5-5 with 6 RBI and 1 Homerun.

Silver Creek 10 Thompson Valley 3
The Raptors get back in the win column and were led by Cole Winn who was 1-2 with 1 run and 3 RBI and George Ramirez who went 3-4 with 2 runs and 2 RBI.  Winn also added 4 innings on the mound striking out 12.

Castle View 13 Rangeview 0
The Sabercats get the shutout victory and were led by Ryan Windham who was 3-4 with 3 runs, 4 RBI and 1 Homerun and Aaron Faragallah who went 3-4 with 1 run and 3 RBI.

Grandview 12 Denver East 2
The Wolves get the non-league win and were led by Tyson Hays who went 3-4 with 3 runs, 4 RBI and 1 Homerun and Cole Crader who was 2-2 with 1 run and 1 RBI.
