NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - The early NLI period has passed and as it is every year, even in normal years, there are always very talented kids who have not yet committed to a college program, obviously there are a variety of reasons. Some are waiting for a 'bigger' offer, some are waiting for a particular school, some have grades that could be an issue, some are just not as well known or have not been seen as much. Those are some of the reasons and certainly not the only ones.
