SAN RAMON, CALIF. - Our third ever scout day with Top Tier NorCal took place on Saturday 1/28/23 at Dougherty Valley HS in San Ramon. On a cool morning we saw an enthusiastic group ranging from the 2024-2026 classes, some of whom showed impressive hitting tools despite the cool temps.

Players were put through the traditional showcase workout that included the 60-yard dash (w/10 & 30-yard splits as well), hitting session, defensive session, concluded with pitchers throwing a 15-20 pitch pen session.

The coming days will have posts reflecting more statistical leaders via TrackMan and Swift Technology. Today it's the Blast Motion leaderboards.

Prep Baseball Report California events across the country have been powered by TrackMan’s industry-leading portable system to capture pinpoint accurate, actionable data from player performances. Prep Baseball Report and TrackMan are dedicated to recognizing talent and unleashing their potential.

At the event all hitters BP swings were monitored through the portable Trackman B1 unit. This data goes directly into the player profiles allowing the PBR Staff, college coaches, and professional scouts alike to evaluate and compare prospects on a national scale.
