2021 Future Games Spotlight: Brok Eddy

The 2021 PBR Future Games has come and gone. The event featured the top uncommitted 2023 and 2024 players around the country representing their home state in front of over 350+ college coaches. Team Colorado had high energy and talented squad who showcased their abilities all week. Team Colorado went 3-0 with wins over PBR Select, Oklahoma and Utah. Just as impressive, was our players' individual GPA’s. Their futures are bright as the true definition of student-athletes.
Post event, we plan on highlighting ALL of our Future Team members.
Today, we highlight: Brok Eddy
2023, Brok Eddy , Brighton, RHP/OF, (Slammers) Brok uses a great mix of pitches, movement and knowledge to be a very efficient pitcher. This high ceiling right-hander continues to make velocity jumps with long term projectability. Fastball sits 85-87 with arm side run. Curveball at 73 is a plus spin 12/6 that he can consistently throw to spots. Changeup 77-80 could be his best pitch. Throws strikes, changes speeds and pitches with great tempo.

5-foot-10, 125-pound right hand hitting RHP/SS who ran a 7.66 60. Right-handed hitter, Open stance, big leg kick trigger, solid balance. Short loose path, hands create bat speed, projectable traits at the plate. 73 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively he showed good feet and a quick glove to hand transfer. Arm is accurate and played at 61 mph. On the mound he stands tall and gets balanced. Strong lower leg drive to the plate and stays in-line on his delivery. Arm speed stays consistent on all three pitches. Delivery is from a high ¾ arm slot. Fastball was 72 mph with command down in the zone. He added a 61-62 mph Curve with 11/5 break and finished with a 63-65 mph Change with late down movement.
