Here is a look at non-district action from the Weekend.  Stay tuned this week for a full slate of games from around the state before teams pack up and head in many different directions for spring break.

Montbello 17 Gateway 6

The Warriors belted 20 hits and put up 17 runs including 10 in the second inning to take down the Olympians on Saturday. 

Monarch 9 Valor Christian 5

Monarch gets a complete effort from No. 12 2015 Logan Soole going 2 for 3 at the plate and throwing 5 innings and collecting 9 K’s in the victory.  Brady Opp and No. 19 2017 Joel Pierce combined for 4 hits and 3 RBI for the Eagles on Saturday. 

Brighton 2 Fossil Ridge 1

No. 19 2015 Conner Reynolds leads the Bulldogs at the plate going 2 for 3 and Jose Treto and No. 62 2016 Adam Tabor combine for 7 K’s on the bump in the victory.  

Heritage 13 Westminster 11

No. 23 2016 Billy Moreland goes 3 innings and collects 6 K’s for the Eagles while Riley Egloff  had a 4 for 5 day at the plate with 1 RBI in the winning effort.
