The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.  While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

Daily Roundup:

Arapahoe 4 Fort Collins 0
Arapahoe scored 3 in the top of the second inning and added another run in the top of the 5th to beat Fort Collins on Monday.  Arapahoe pitchers Garrett DeClue (2018) and Spye Turnbeaugh (2020) combined to shutout Fort Collins.  Garrett DeClue went 5 innings allowing just 3 hits to go along with 6 K’s, and Spye Turnbeaugh threw 2 innings allowing 3 hits and 2 K’s.

Rocky Mountain 15 ThunderRidge 11
Rocky Mountain battled all day until they finally took the lead for good putting up a 7 spot in the bottom of the 4th inning.  Rocky Mountain was led by, Garrett Fisher (2019) who went 3 for 4, scoring 3 runs, 4 RBI’s and launch a long ball.  For ThunderRidge Jake Haze (2018) had a great day going 3 for 3 with 3 RBI’s.

Rock Canyon 17 Fairview 4
Rock Canyon was leading 7 to 2 going into the top of the 3rd inning and then exploded and put up a 10 spot and cruised to an easy win over Fairview on Monday.  Rock Canyon’s Nick Merone (2018) was 3 for 3 with 4 RBI’s, C. Zimmerman (2018) was 1 for 3 with 3 RBI’s and Wyatt Wendell (2018) was 1 for 2 with 3 RBI’s.

Horizon 9 Brighton 5
Horizon’s Wade Wohlford (2018) led the way for his team going 1 for 4 with 2 RBI’s in their win on Monday over the Brighton Bulldogs.

Columbine 16 Broomfield 4
Columbine got hot in the top of the 4th inning scoring 5 runs, and then added another 11 runs combined in the 5th, 6th, and 7th innings.  For Columbine Luke Folsom (2020) had just a monster day hitting 3 home runs, was 3 for 4 with 5 RBI’s.
