HIGH SCHOOL DRAFT 100 PROSPECTS

OTHERS TO WATCH: The state’s top prospect with RHP Cole Winn moving to California, OF Tanner O’Tremba (Cherry Creek HS, CO) stands at 6 feet, 215 pounds. He has a balanced set-up and compact, fluid swing with bat speed and hard contact. A Texas Tech recruit, he has hit 26 home runs in his career for Cherry Creek. RHP Josh Thompson (Highlands Ranch HS, CO) has a 6-foot-2, 170-pound frame and burst onto the draft radar this spring. He pitches at 87-89 mph mostly, but has run his fastball into the low 90s. He comes through a high-3/4 slot and gets great extension to the zone. He has developed a swing-and-miss slider that ranges from 73-76 with late depth. He is committed to Seattle. RHP/OF Calvin Marley (Fossil Ridge HS, CO) is a big, strong righty at 6-foot-3, 190 pounds. His fastball ranges from 87-92 from a 3/4 slot with bore and run. He also has a tight, hard slider at 78-84. He is committed to Wichita State. RHP Luke La Flam (Grandview HS, CO), an Arizona State recruit, has a long, loose arm that works out of a high slot and delivers a fastball at 87-88, touching 90. The delivery is clean, easy and repeatable. RHP Riley Egloff (Heritage HS, CO) is committed to Yavapai JC and stands at 6-foot-4, 205 pounds. He pitches at 88-90 out of a high-3/4 slot with riding life on his fastball. His breaking ball is 72-74 with good depth.
