PBR Colorado strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.  While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

Scouting Report

2-25-18

6-foot-2, 195-pound RHP/OF. Athletically built, right handed pitching prospect. Drops and drives hard to the plate, directionally in line, square landing, solid, momentum pulls him to the first base side after the pitch.  Arm is long and loose and over the top.  Gets great extension on the pitch.  Fastball shows life with run and sits 88-90 with command in the zone.  Curve is thrown hard at 74-76 with tight spin and location down in the zone. Change is thrown with fastball arm speed at 78-80 mph and showed late sink in the zone.

3-1-17

6-foot-2, 185 pounds. First time we have seen LaFlam and we came away impressed. Starts with modified stretch windup, easy delivery from high 3/4 arm slot. Loose arm, effortless towards plate with 88 mph fastball. Change was nasty at 80 mph. If he can throw strikes consistently he is going to be a force for Grandview. Prospect to follow.
