The PBR Colorado Staff is putting together a series of players to watch for 2015. These players are not ranked in any particular order. We will be adding a player or two a day over the next 2 months. The next player in the series is 2016 graduate Bo Weiss of Regis Jesuit High School.

Weiss, son of former MLB player Walt Weiss and current head coach of the Rockies is starting to make some noise and gain a lot of interest. Weiss continues to improve. Closer for Slammers 16U Black team this summer, he has a 3/4 arm slot and easy delivery with long loose action. Has a good 11/5 CB. Touched 90 at the end of the summer. With lean frame highly projectable once he fills out. Weiss stands in at 6-2 and weighs in at 160. Weiss did not get any mound time in spring of 2014 for Regis due to a senior dominated pitching staff. Look for Weiss to be a key contributor for the returning Continental League Champions and 2014 5A State Finalists.

- Had a pretty dominating summer as closer for 16U Slammers Black Team
- Making huge strides in increasing velocity. Very highly projectable.
