LaSalle, CO-- On August 22, 2021, PBR Colorado held the Colorado Top Prospects Games at Big Foot Turf and the Field of Dreams in LaSalle, Colorado. This showcase and games gave Colorado’s Upperclass another opportunity to shine after a modified high season and shortened club season. The 2022’s and 23’s came all 4 corners of the state. Colorado’s 2024’s and 2025s sought an opportunity to put their name on the radar for collegiate recruiting and identification.
Top Players from this event will have opportunities to be invited to future invite-only events such as the PBR Colorado Preseason All-State, the PBR Future and Junior Future Games
Today, we take a look top performers and performances from our Underclass Pitchers/2Way:2024, Athan Kroll, RHP, Valor Christian. One of the Top 2024 Prospects in the state of Colorado, Athan didn’t disappoint. Great composure and repeatable delivery. FB ranged 81-85 topping out at 86.1. Strike Thrower. High ¾ release gives opportunity for arm side run and he has feel for OS. Very High Ceiling and Projectability
2025, Blake Young, OF/RHP, D’Evelyn, All-Around performance for Blake. Ran a 6.91 60 and demonstrated athleticism. Solid barrel contact Exit Velo 88.9 Continues to show potential as 2 Way. FB sitting at 76.9 with good feel for OS As strength develops, Blake will be one to follow.
2024, Jace Cattoor, 3B/RHP, Ralston Valley Past PBR Junior Future Team Colorado member. Has added strength Exit Velo 93.9 Solid base with + rotational acceleration. As RHP, strike thrower. Continues to rise with Velo and pitch development. Good Feel for SL. FB 79.1. Strong lower half, high ceiling
