LaSalle, CO--  On August  22, 2021, PBR Colorado held the Colorado Top Prospects Games at Big Foot Turf and the Field of Dreams in LaSalle, Colorado.  This showcase and games gave Colorado’s Upperclass another opportunity to shine after a modified high season and shortened club season.  The 2022’s and 23’s came all 4 corners of the state.  Colorado’s 2024’s and 2025s sought an opportunity to put their name on the radar for collegiate recruiting and identification.   

Top Players from this event will have opportunities to be invited to future invite-only events such as the PBR Colorado Preseason All-State, the PBR Future and Junior Future Games

Today, we highlight a promising group of 2022 Hitters 

2022, Caleb Cacino, C, Castle View  Great Eval day for Caleb.  Ran 6.51 60 and demonstrated athleticism.  Strong lean frame, open stance to good timing swing. Minimal movement and direct path with hands. Gap to Gap with potential for power  Exit Velo 95.1.  Pop Time range 1.99- 2.05.  Developing skills with agility. Great potential behind the plate.  Have continued to see Caleb make development advances in his game.     

2022, Gavin Shary, Denver North, Very good athlete that produced great event numbers.  6.69 60.  Open stance with timing high stride, slight lift in swing. Exit Velo 92.5 Thin build with room for growth and strengthGreat footwork as MIF, plays through ball with Feet/Hands.  Strong arm Velo:79

2022, Hunter Burchett, OF, Windsor  Lean frame with great skill set.  6.96 60.  Solid base with great rear side acceleration.  Hands have direct path with middle of the field approach.  Exit Velo 87.6  OF arm 78.  Challenged by Thoracic Outlet, successful surgery and has displayed tremendous toughness and rehab to get back on the field!  Strong desire. Strength coming.  

2022, Dillon Alcouffe, OF/RHP, Erie  Produced strong and quick hands, has some length and slight lift in swing Exit Velo 95.  Long levers and still growing.  Potential for power.  Good athleticism and could see him at variety of positions  RHP FB 80.7

2022, Andrew Brady, MIF, Mullen  Strong square build. Produced 6.70 60. Staked  base has pull side tendency and slight lift.  Has good timing and balance. Exit Velo 87.9  Good Defensive actions.  Can see Andrew in MIF or 3B  Arm Velo 75.  

2022, Nate Kaszynski, C/SS, Fossil Ridge  Nate put up some great eval numbers at event.  6.56 60 and a 95.1 Exit Velo Have seen great developmental strides since last PBR event.  Strength added.  Catcher pop 1.90-2.01
