October 30, 2021, PBR Colorado team hosted the Colorado Yard Dawgs in what we call the Barnstormer Scout Day. This unique opportunity is available for all clubs or high school teams. The event featured Hitting and Pitching only and allowed for players to update their profiles with new data. The Yard Dawgs are loaded with committed and uncommitted talent that land in the top of our 2023 State Rankings.
2023, Finley Bates, MIF, Douglas County Nationally ranked at #298. Finley's gamer reputation is well earned. His skill set defensively is outstanding. Don’t mistake the gamer talk for lack of tools. 7.00 60-yard time with base running instincts. Scout Day highlighted Finley’s great bat speed and great use of lower half. He creates explosive rotational acceleration (Blast 29.8) and exit velocity of 97. Rhythm and balance throughout swing. Recently committed to San Diego State.
Top Players from this event will have opportunities to be invited to future invite-only events such as the PBR Colorado Preseason All-State, the PBR Future and Junior Future Games.
