League play is underway in all classification, here is a look at action from yesterday.

Daily Roundup:

Regis 4 Castle View 3
Regis scored their 4 runs in the 1st and 2nd inning and then held on to win their first league game against Castle View.  Regis scored despite only have 2 hits.  Caleb Sloan (2017) had a great outing allowing 6 hits and striking out 11 hitters.

Littleton 4 Wheat Ridge 3
The game was tied after 3 innings 3 to 3, and to win it Littleton scored a run in the bottom of the 8th inning.

ThunderRidge 3 Chaparral 0
Behind a great pitching performance by Reece Lansville (2018) and home runs by both Brody Perkins (2017), and Jason Hall (2017), the Grizzlies won their first league game.  Reece threw a complete game allowing just 4 hits to go with 6 strike outs.

Douglas County 6 Rock Canyon 3
Douglas County put up 5 runs in the bottom of the 4th inning that put the game away.  The Huskies were led by Brett Johnson (2017) he went 2 for 3 with 3 RBI’s and a home run.

Heritage 13 Highlands Ranch 3
The Eagles won their first league game in grand fashion by 10 running the Falcons.  Riley Egloff (2018) threw a great game allowing just 3 runs to go along with 4 strike outs, and Tanner Milinkov (2017) went 2 for 3 scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 RBI’s.
