Here is a look at action from District play on the Prep Baseball Report Colorado Scoreboard.

Daily Roundup 5/12:

Erie 7 Longmont 3
The Tigers get the first of two victories today and were led by BJ Jensen who was 1-4 with 3 RBI and 1 triple and Zach Elliston who went 1-3 with 2 RBI. 

Erie 12 Palisade 4
The Tigers advance to the 4A Final 8 with this victory and were led offensively by Kyle Leahy who was 3-4 with 2 runs, 3 RBI and 1 homerun and Luke Conilogue who was 4-4 with 1 run, 3 RBI and 1 double.

Cherry Creek 3 Rangeview 0
The Jax brothers led the way for the Bruins in game one on Tuesday, Parker Jax went 2-3 with a triple and Carson Jax was 1-3 with 1 RBI.

Mullen 9 Lakewood 1
The Mustangs used 11 hits to take care of the Tigers and were led by Marcus Salvato who went 2-3 with 2 RBI and 1 double and Rocco Porreco who was 1-4 with 3 RBI and 1 double.  Porreco also added 7 innings on the mound giving up 4 hits, o ER and struck out 6 in the victory. 

Cherry Creek 8 Mullen 0
Blake Goldsberry who went 7 innings giving up 3 hits, 0 runs and struck our 4 orchestrated the Bruins second shutout for the day.  Offensively, Goldsberry was 2-4 with 1 run and 2 RBI and Parker Jax added a 1-3 day with 2 RBI and 1 double.  The Bruins move on to this weekend’s 5A Final 8 with the victory. 

Mountain Vista 4 Brighton 0
Marc Mumper was the story in this game for the Golden Eagles going 7 innings, allowing only 3 hits, 0 runs and collecting 7 K’s.

Mountain Vista 4 Fairview 2
The Golden Eagles advance to this weekend’s 5 A final 8 with the victory and were led on the mound by Will Dixon who kept Fairview off balance all game.  Dixon went all 7 innings surrendering only 2 runs in the top of the second and putting up 0’s the rest of the way.

Grandview 6 Legend 4
The Wolves get win number 1 on the day were led offensively by Eric Mingus who was 2-3 on the day with 1 run scored.  Greg Pickett led the way for the Legend Titans and went 3-4 with 1 run, 1 RBI and 2 doubles. 

Grand Junction Central 1 Highlands Ranch 0
Seth Krebill was all the Warriors needed in this game, he went 7 innings giving up 3 hits, 0 runs and struck out 7. 

Grandview 11 Grand Junction Central 1
The Wolves used 15 hits to propel themselves into the 5A final 8 and were led by Tyler Smith at the plate who went 2-4 with 2 runs, 3 RBI and 1 double.  Nick Morris took the mound for the Wolves going all 7 innings giving up 4 hits, 1 ER and struck out 4.

Rock Canyon 10 Douglas County 3
The Jaguars earn a spot in the 5A final 8 with this victory and were led by Cole Howard who was 2-4 with 3 RBI and 1 double and Daryl Myers who went 1-3 with 1 run and 2 RBI. 

D’Evelyn 7 Mountain View 3
The Jaguars get win number 1 on the day and were led offensively by Matt Helmreich who was 2-4 with 1 run, 2 RBI, 1 double and 1 triple and Willie Gordon who went 2-3 with 2 RBI. 

D’Evelyn 4 Air Academy 0
The Jaguars move on to the 4A final 8 with this victory and saw big days from, Grant Witherspoon on the mound who went all 7 innings giving up 3 hits, 0 runs and struck out 5.  At the plate Cameron Brown led the Jags going 2-3 with 1 run, 1 RBI, 1 double and 1 triple.
