Here is a look at action from Day 1 of District play on the Prep Baseball Report Colorado Scoreboard, many games were pushed to Monday and Tuesday of this week because of rain and snow.

Green Mountain 8 Canon City 7
The Rams get a district tournament win and were led by, Wyatt Featherston who was 2-4 with 2 runs, 3 RBI and 2 homeruns and Josh Ramirez who went 4-5 with 2 runs, 2 RBI, 1 triple and 1 homerun.

Green Mountain 7 Montrose 6
The Rams advance to next weekend with the win and were led by Cole Shettery who was 2-3 with 1 run, 1 RBI and 1 double and Wyatt Featherston who was 1-3 with 2 runs, 1 RBI and 1 homerun.

Bayfield 4 Trinidad 0
The Wolverines saw a big performance from Taed Heydinger who threw a no-hitter in game one of the district, going 7 innings, giving up 0 hits, 0 runs and struck out 9.  Kelton McCoy provided the offensive spark going 1-3 with 1 run, 2 RBI and 1 homerun. 

Bayfield 10 Sheridan 0
The Wolverines advance to next weekend with a run rule of Sheridan and were led by Kelton McCoy who was 2-2 with 1 run, 2 RBI and 1 double and on the mound by Zane Phelps who went 5 innings giving up 2 hits, 0 runs and struck out 3.
