Our Power 25 rankings consider several factors, such as overall record, the strength of record, the strength of schedule, and insights from scouting and team research. However, baseball is a game where any team can win with solid pitching, defense, and timely hits. With that said, let's look at our updated rankings as we enter week nine.

 

Broomfield (16-1), Eaton (17-0), Rocky Mountain (14-2), and Legend (13-4) remain in the top four spots. Chaparral (13-3-1) jumps up to take the fifth spot. Entering this week are Mullen (10-6) and Valor Christian (9-8). Cherokee Trail (10-8) and Ralston Valley (11-6) dropped out this week's rankings.
