Bottom Line:
Fort Collins plays in the Front Range League which is deep with good teams that tend to beat each other up.  The Lambkins are coming off of back to back district appearances and last year they took District 6 champion ThunderRidge to 11 innings before falling 4-3.  The 2017 squad will look to Nathan Dill to lead both at the plate and on the mound.  Dill last year hit .500 with 26 hits and 20 RBI to pace the Lambkin offense.  On the mound he threw 28 innings with a 2-2 record.  Fort Collins will also look to Colby Carlson, .400 with 10 hits and 9 RBI and Lane Brlecic, .312 with 10 RBI and 18.1 innings pitched with 19 K's to help compete in the Front Range League and to make a third consecutive post season appearance.
