Q: What has the recruiting process been like for you?

Madden: At this point I have just been getting a lot of information letters and emails from coaches.

Q: Who has had the biggest impact on your baseball career?

Madden: My dad, Brad Madden. He has been a high school Head baseball Coach for 21 years and has won 3 state championships in Colorado. He has been my coach since I was 7 years old.

Q: What are you most excited about for the ’22 baseball season?

Madden: I am excited to get a full 23 game schedule. I am excited to watch our team grow together this season and see what we can accomplish as a team.

Q: What goals do you have for the upcoming season and future?

Madden: My goals is to continue to grow as a player and hopefully play at the next level. I look forward to making a playoff push as a team.

Q:  In regard to PBR what have you found to be the most beneficial to you?

Madden: The biggest benefit to PBR has been the exposer to college coaches and other top players in the state of Colorado. I feel that every event is a chance to show improvement and gage what you need to continue to work on to get to the next level. Coach Mike Anderson has helped so many players in Colorado. His knowledge and connections in baseball are helping put Colorado high school baseball on the map.

Q: Lastly, out of all the PBR events you have attended in your career, what has PBR meant to you during your time playing baseball in Colorado?

Madden: Having a chance to represent Team Colorado in the Junior Future Games was a great honor. PBR has showcased how good the state of Colorado is in baseball and the amount of talent our state has. PBR has allowed me to meet and become friends with other players from around the state that share a common goal of playing baseball in college. I have developed a lot of great baseball friendships through PBR Colorado.
