Paul Tillotson

 

The PBR Colorado Staff is putting together a series of players to watch for 2015. These players are not ranked in any particular order. We will be adding a player or two a day over the next 2 months. The next player in the series is 2016 graduate Paul Tillotson of Lewis Palmer High School. 

Tillotson will come into the 2015 season as one of the top players in the state of Colorado. Throwing a fastball that lives between 87-89 mph with a plus change up.  Tillotson was the anchor for the Lewis Palmer Rangers, and also was one of the top pitchers this summer on Slammers Black 16U team. Last spring he threw 43.1 innings going 6-1, and posting a 1.78 ERA. He struck out 71. Tillotson has a strong thick build with a smooth easy delivery that is square to the plate. At the plate Tillotson hit an impressive .613 at the 4A level hitting 4 HR and 9 doubles. His OPS was 1.672. Only a junior, Tillotson will be one of the top 2016 players in the state of Colorado to watch this upcoming spring.
