2025 Preseason ID-North Dakota: Event Preview

Fargo, North Dakota - On Saturday, March 8th, Prep Baseball travels to West Fargo's Rustad Recreation Center to host the Preseason ID-North Dakota. This will be our first event of the spring and will feature over 65 prospects from the class of 2025 through 2028s. This collection of players will include plenty of fresh faces as well as returning faces.

EVENT HISTORY

The 2024 Preseason ID-North Dakota saw over 25 players come through the doors of the Rustad Recreational Center with multiple notable performances.

The six-foot-four Joel Van De Stroet (2024, RHP, Sioux Falls Christian) ran his fastball up to 91 MPH at the ID. Van De Stroet would attend the Dakota State Games in June and later commit to Augustana.

The six-foot-three Trey Husar (2025, LHP, Northern Cass) showed off a long, clean arm with a fastball that topped at 86 MPH. Husar would commit to South Dakota State in August 2024.
