Game 15

TNXL Academy- 2

Pro5 Academy- 1

Game Recap

Rain Shortened Game

The championship game featured TNXL Academy against Pro5 Academy from North Carolina. Unfortunately, the weather decided to play a role in how things went down. As agreed upon prior to the game, the game would count as final where it stood if any weather came into play. After jumping out to a 1-0 lead in the first from a wild pitch, Kyle Larsen would hit a sacrifice fly in the second giving TNXL an early 2-0 lead. Pro5 would answer back in the second as a Leiner single would score Baker, but Pro5 would strand runners on second and third to end the inning. The weather came in the bottom of the third and the game was called a 2-1 win for TNXL Academy.
