X-FACTOR

Christian Madeira - Senior two-way will be a big part of the 2023 team. Fastball in the upper 80s and ability to play multiple positions on the field will help the Mustangs greatly.

 

OUTLOOK

Mitchell comes into 2022 as a team positioned to make run based on chemistry, character, and playoff experience. Mitchell’s challenging schedule should make them battle tested by season end. Leading the way offensively is projected first rounder and Arkansas recruit Aidan Miller. He'll set the tone in the middle of the order and be their key run producer. On the mound is Florida State recruit Trevor Harrison. Harrison has become one of the top arms in the state and will be leaned on heavily for the Mustangs' success.
